1.0   Definitions

1.1 These are the terms and conditions that apply to your booking.

1.2  In these terms and conditions, “we”, “us” and “Totally Latin America” refer to Totally Latin America S.A. Totally Latin America is a company registered in the Republic of Panama under Microfiche: 678724 Document 1666503 on October 20, 2009 and whose registered address is at IPASA Building, 3rd Floor, 41st Street and Balboa Avenue, Panama City, Republic of Panama.

1.3 In these terms and conditions, “tickets” refers to any type of Machu Picchu Entrance ticket including but not limited to: Machu Picchu, Machu Picchu + Huayna Picchu, Machu Picchu + Montaña and Machu Picchu + Museum that you are going to purchase or have purchased from Totally Latin America.

1.4 In these terms and conditions, “Client” refers to the principle person who is making or has made the booking of the tickets.

2.0   Contract

2.1 The contract is between Totally Latin America and the principle client names in the booking process. These terms and conditions apply to all tickets purchased by us.

3.0   General Terms

3.1 All tickets purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3.2.1 It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all information entered into our online booking form is correct. Errors cannot be corrected after the tickets are purchased. You will receive a confirmation email from us with a summary of the information entered. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the information is correct.

3.2.2 It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all passports are valid for the date of travel.

3.3.1 If the client loses or renews the passport after purchasing tickets, we will not accept the responsibility of amending, changing or replacing tickets. This is the client’s responsibility.

3.4 If you need to cancel your tickets for any reason whatsoever, we will not re-fund any monies paid for the tickets. This includes, but is not limited to medical reasons, flight cancelations, war or threat of war, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist or threatened terrorist activity, industrial disputes or threatened industrial disputes, the actions of national or local governments, natural or nuclear disasters, fire or flood, adverse weather conditions, delays in your flights, airports being closed or full, cancellation or changes to service of scheduled transport providers, changes brought about as a result of recommendations made by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office or any other government or international organization or agency, any changes in legislation or other government or local authority measures made or taken.

3.5.1 We do not guarantee the purchase of any tickets. Ticket purchases are subject to the availability at the time of purchase from the official issuing body. Actual availability may vary from that indicated on official websites.

3.5.2 Should the ticket not be available for the day requested, we will not purchase the ticket and request further guidance from the client.

3.5.3 If purchasing Machu Picchu + Huayna Picchu tickets, we will try to purchase the clients preferred entrance time (7-8 am or 10 – 11am). However, should the first choice not be available we reserve the right without informing the client to purchase an alternative entrance time. Should neither entrance time be available, then we will not purchase the ticket and seek further guidance from the client.

3.5.4 If no tickets are purchased we will issue a full refund, using the same method that the tickets were purchased.

3.6 We require 1 working day to complete the purchase of your tickets, not including public holidays, weekends or the closure of the official body that issues the tickets. We do not guarantee to purchase tickets within 1 working day, but this is our service goal.

3.7 It is the responsibility of the client to check that all the information in the ticket is correct at time of receipt. We accept no liability if the information is found to be wrong before or on the day of entrance.

3.8 Prices of tickets are quoted in United States Dollars.

4.0   Payment

4.1 We accept Visa and MasterCard Only.

4.2 Credit card details and charges are handled exclusively by a contracted third-party company PagueloFacil S.A based in Panama. For your security all details handled by PagueloFacil S.A are in accordance with the strict PCI DSS standard set out in the United States of America.

5.0   Privacy Policy

5.1 Information collected in conjunction with any client purchasing tickets with Totally Latin America including names, dates of births, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, passport numbers, ticket types are for the strict use of Totally Latin America and legally owned divisions of Totally Latin America. We will not sell or pass on any details about our clients for profit or gain, all information is kept in the strictest of confidence. We do however reserve the right to pass on only the relevant information to our approved suppliers and partners in order to purchase tickets or take payment.

5.2 Credit card details and charges are handled exclusively by a third-party called company called PagueloFacil S.A based in Panama. For your security all details handled by PagueloFacil S.A are in accordance with the strict PCI DSS standard set out in the United States of America.

5.3 We (Totally Latin America) do not store or keep your credit card details on file, and enter them directly into the secure web-based payments platform. If the client prefers that we don’t handle any credit card information, we can send a request for payment by email, where the client can then enter the credit card details directly onto the PagueloFacil S.A secure website.

5.4 For security your computers I.P. Address is logged when creating a booking or making a payment through the PaguelFacil S.A payment platform.

6.0   Fraud Prevention

6.1 We may request that any of the persons named in the booking provide a good quality color scan of their government issued passport. This may be required to validate authenticity of your booking and for fraud prevention purposes. This information may be shared with our approved suppliers.

6.2 We take fraud prevention very seriously, and should we, PaguelFacil S.A, Visa or MasterCard consider any transaction to be fraudulent or a cause for concern, we will inform the relevant law enforcement authorities and reserve the right to cancel any tickets purchased.
